Car Cam Project

I have been giving my biker friends rides over at the Gap. They all really enjoy it and I thought others might enjoy riding along with me as well, and so my latest project has been setting up a webcam in Alfie… hooked to my laptop so I can record our jaunts to share with those who might like to ride along. Cam and laptop were easy, it’s getting it all to stay in place while I shoot the curvies that was the tricky part. Then it turned out to be surprisingly simple. One good, strategically placed, budgie cord holds the laptop tight and solid. Two clamps attach the webcam to the mount for my GPS. The cord is wrapped around my Treo mount and then over to the laptop. Nothing to interfere with driving.

Molly–Next you will be making movies of your Mini cavalcades and your goat families. Can you have the goats in the Mini to tie all of your activities together? John
